Refund Policy

At North Georgia Boating Club, our goal is to ensure every Member and guest has a great experience. Because your reservation blocks others from reserving the same property, our refund policy is designed to be fair while recognizing the impact of cancellations.

 

Reservation Cancellations

  • Property-Specific Policies: Each property may have its own cancellation policy. Please refer to the Listing Details and/or your Invoice for specific terms.

  • No Refunds Unless Noted: Unless otherwise stated in the Listing, Invoice, or agreed to in writing, reservations are non-refundable.

  • Written Notice Required: All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Replacement Reservations:

    • If you cancel, we will attempt to find a replacement reservation for your dates.

    • If a replacement is secured, we may issue a partial refund, even if the property’s stated policy does not allow refunds.

    • Early cancellations generally have a better chance of receiving a higher refund than last-minute cancellations.

 

Early Termination of Stay

If your stay is terminated early due to violation of House Rules, Over-Use limits, or other Terms & Conditions, you will not be entitled to a refund of unused days.

 

Service Interruptions

We will address power, TV, internet, and appliance issues promptly during your stay. Refunds will only be considered if the property becomes legally uninhabitable.

 

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
